Quick Setup Guide​

1. Create Discord Application​

  1. Go to Discord Developer Portal
  2. Click "New Application" → Name it → Create
  3. Go to "Bot" section → Add Bot
  4. Copy the bot token (keep it secret!)

2. Set Bot Permissions​

In the Bot section:

  • ✅ Message Content Intent (required)
  • ✅ Server Members Intent (recommended)

3. Configure Environment​

Create .env file:

4. Invite Bot to Server​

  1. Go to OAuth2 → URL Generator
  2. Select Scopes: bot
  3. Select Permissions:
    • Send Messages
    • Read Message History
    • Add Reactions
    • Embed Links
    • Attach Files
  4. Copy URL and open in browser
  5. Select your server → Authorize

5. Start Your Agent​
